These "Emergency" towers have invaded campus.
They have a camera on top and a loudspeaker.
They are in all the main areas and pathways.
It's bad.
Surveillance instills the constant awareness of being watched.
It keeps us in line to an unhealthy extent.
(plus no one gets raped on the UCSD campus, i looked it up)
